West London Retail Skills Hub has strengthened its partnership with Victoria’s Secret by supporting the brand with direct recruitment activity at the Hub.
Victoria’s Secret recently hosted two assessment sessions for peak-season roles, bringing groups of candidates to the Hub across the morning and afternoon. The sessions were led by Ann Marie Hodson, Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Manager, alongside members of the brand’s leadership team. Candidates took part in a structured assessment process designed to identify suitable applicants for current vacancies, with successful candidates selected for available roles.
The sessions were delivered in a warm, professional and supportive atmosphere, helping candidates feel comfortable and engaged throughout the process.
The event marks the latest step in a growing partnership between Victoria’s Secret and West London Retail Skills Hub. What began with vacancy promotion through the Hub’s Jobs Board has now developed into more direct recruitment support, giving the employer access to a dedicated space, local candidates and practical assistance with assessment activity.
For employers, West London Retail Skills Hub offers more than a place to advertise vacancies. Businesses can use the space to meet candidates, host interviews and assessments, and connect directly with local people looking for work. By working closely with employers across West London, we helping businesses reach motivated candidates while creating clear and practical routes into employment.
