The Fragrance Shop Partnership Reaches New Milestone

A growing partnership between West London Retail Skills Hub and The Fragrance Shop has reached a new milestone, with the Hub hosting a full-day induction for 18 new employees.

The relationship began in October 2025, when The Fragrance Shop in Westfield London advertised its first vacancy to be promoted by West London Retail Skills Hub on its Jobs Board, with the Hub team visiting the store to meet the Store Manager and to introduce its recruitment and workforce development services.

Since then, The Fragrance Shop has continued to work closely with West London Retail Skills Hub, advertising two further vacancies through the service, most recently in May 2026.

The partnership took another step forward when the Regional Manager at The Fragrance Shop delivered a full-day induction event at West London Retail Skills Hub. Among the 18 staff members attending were seven staff members referred through the Hub.

The event demonstrates the value to local employers of building strong, long-term relationships with West London Retail Skills Hub, providing support at every stage, from connecting them with talented candidates to helping them develop and retain their workforce.
