We are currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO. What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a variety of teas and coffees using a manual, industry-standard coffee machine
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Serve hot and cold beverages in line with company standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and surrounding areas
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency

Candidate Requirements

• Previous barista experience is essential – additional training can be provided
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-volume environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
