MAC Harrods is seeking a full‑time Retail Artist (37.5 hours/5 days) to deliver inspiring, personalised make‑up experiences while supporting exceptional visual merchandising and in‑store events. Although a qualification or previous retail make‑up experience is preferred, applicants with strong amateur‑level creative and technical ability are welcome, and must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events within a fast‑paced environment.

In London, MAC is prominently featured at Harrods, where its dedicated counter offers expert artistry and a full range of products in the iconic Knightsbridge department store.
What you’ll do:
- As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

What we are looking for:
- While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to attend for an interview
