Boux Avenue in Wimbledon is hiring a full‑time Buyers Admin Assistant for the Nightwear team. The role supports the buying process through accurate order management, supplier communication, sample coordination, and maintaining key documents and approvals. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential in this fast‑paced head‑office environment.

As a Buyers Admin Assistant you will:
Maximise sales, through the delivery of excellent selling & service
- Raise accurate orders on the Department. Amending PO’s where necessary with any date/price changes etc.
- Complete all label data accurately. Ensure all packaging requirements are met.
- Ensure excellent communication with suppliers in weekly CP meetings, and work alongside the team to manage the critical path; an instrumental tool of the department. Highlight any delivery concerns to the team.
- Manage gold seal approval and updating relevant team members.
- Chase in buy and photo samples for photo shoots and meetings. Preparing samples for department meetings when necessary.
- Responsible for full sample management – keeping the sample rail in good order and up to date. Show new samples that have arrived in the office to relevant team members. Organising chuck out and office sample sales accordingly.
- Office duties; filing, post, organising parcels.
- Assist Senior Buyer in pulling together weekly trade report for Monday trade.
- Organise samples for a weekly fit meeting, in conjunction with the garment technical.
- Prepare and maintain all department documentation e.g photoshoot document and fit list. Complete quarterly lookbooks and monthly store guidelines.
- Ensure all ecom imagery is correct and highlight any concerns to the ecom team.
- Manage and complete lab dip approvals with the help of the team.
- Liaise with other buying teams and departments to ensure full co-operation and clear communication is maintained.
- Carry out regular comp shops.
- Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyers Admin Assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the buying team
