Le Labo at John Lewis Westfield London is seeking a Part Time 3 Days 22.5 Hours Fragrance Advisor to deliver a warm, personalised experience, combining creative expertise with deep product knowledge to educate and delight customers. The role involves supporting in‑store events, upholding high visual‑merchandising standards, and welcomes applicants with strong technical and creative ability, including those with amateur retail experience.

Le Labo composes with some of the world’s most creative and talented perfumers and uses only the highest quality raw ingredients. 

What you’ll do:

  • As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise with your passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. 
  • You will also like working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in⁃store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

Qualifications:

  • While certification in retail sales experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur-level experience. 
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software  
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to attend for an interview
