What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be responsible for listening to, advising, and fulfilling your clients’ wishes to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience and encourage repeat custom.
• We’ll expect you to stay up to date on industry news and trends, and consistently strive to improve and learn more about your artform.
• You’ll be open to and excited about the prospect of further training and courses, where available.

Skills & Attributes:

• Qualified Hairdressers (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Experienced in managing their own column (1+ year)
• Confident in colouring, cutting, and styling
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
• Positive, motivated, and keen to develop their skills with access to FREE training at the RUSH Academy
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Live for new creative techniques and take pride in all you do
• Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

The ideal candidate must have experience in cutting hair. Potential candidates must be polite, friendly and have excellent verbal & communication skills.
