What you’ll do

• Inspire customers through personalised design consultations in-store and at home.
• Create tailored design plans based on customer style and space.
• Deliver seamless shopping experiences and complete sales at the cash wrap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, promotions, and services.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage complex orders across sales channels
• Design experience preferred
• 1–2 years in customer service or retail (speciality retail is a plus)
• Multitasking and prioritisation skills
