Level 2 Hospitality Partner (Barista) Apprenticeship

Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship

Our Level 3 programme is specifically designed for Shift Managers and Assistant Managers like you who want to enhance their expertise and skills to effectively manage a team, workloads, and resources.

Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship

Are you a passionate Store Manager or Cluster Manager looking to broaden your understanding of operational aspects? Our higher-level apprenticeship programme is designed just for you.

With this programme, you’ll gain invaluable skills in driving activities that support our vision and objectives, all while utilising your excellent business, people, and customer relation skills. You can join this programme if you have completed a Level 3 apprenticeship or have previous experience working as a supervisor.

Level 5 Operational and Departmental Manager Apprenticeship

Join our higher-level apprenticeship programme designed for passionate partners who manage teams and projects, achieve operational and departmental goals, and deliver Starbucks’ strategy.

If you have completed a level 3 or level 4 apprenticeship or have previous experience working as a supervisor or manager, you can progress to our level 5 apprenticeship and take your career to the next level.
