What you’ll do

• working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant  
• nurturing a place where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up  
• mentoring your team and helping them grow  
• jumping into sections, solving problems, and keeping pace  
• thinking with a kaizen mindset – constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
