Under the direct supervision of the District Manager, Store Manager, and Supervisor, the Key Holder plays a critical role in assisting with the development of staff and ensuring the consistent delivery of company expectations related to sales, service, operations, presentation, and product knowledge. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a full-time 40 hours Key Holder at one of our stores in West London such as Kensington High Street, King's Road, Brent Cross, Westfield London and other locations.

ONIVERSE is a renowned fashion retail company, specialising in underwear, beachwear, and hosiery, founded in Italy in 1986. Over the past three decades, we have grown into a global network with more than 5,300 stores in 56 countries. In the UK, we proudly operate under three beloved brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi and IUMAN/Intimissimi Uomo.

About the Role:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Contribute to store turnover by staying aware of daily sales targets and store objectives.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the products and the brand.
  • Ensure all staff and customers are informed about current promotions and offers
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay vigilant to prevent store thefts.
  • Accurately process deliveries and complete associated paperwork.

Visual & Store Standards:

  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper replenishment.
  • Keep window displays in line with Visual Manager guidelines.
  • Provide suggestions for in-store merchandising

People Management:

  • Drive team motivation and involvement.
  • Ensure the entire team delivers a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist in the training and development of staff members.
  • Supervise team adherence to store rules and procedures (e.g., cleaning, replenishment, floor monitoring).

Security:

  • Report any security issues immediately to the Store Manager or District Manager.
  • Keep the office and safe securely locked when not in use.
  • Handle money in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure store keys are managed responsibly and never left unattended.
  • Conduct staff security checks and ensure all areas of the store are secured before leaving.
  • Monitor staff purchases to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Verify that all internal and external doors and electrical appliances are secure before closing the store.
