At StretchLAB, we believe everyone deserves to move through life feeling their best. Across our studios, our expert Stretchologists deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed just for you. Because no two bodies (or goals) are the same. 

What you’ll do

Our ideal applicant is Proactive, reliable, enthusiastic, professional, and, of course, has an interest in health and fitness.

• Ensure the best possible experience for each client, greeting & rebooking clients wherever possible
• Stay on top of the days appointments, coordinating Stretchologists and clients alike
• Promote our various services, packages and memberships
• Support the studio with maintenance, cleanliness and administration
• Support the Studio Manager to deliver StretchLAB worthy customer service and environment

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in the hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment
• Tried and tested when delivering premium customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Experience in managing bookings and reservations
• Knowledge of using MindBody
• Able to work occasional weekends.
