What you’ll be doing:

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award-winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas, we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas White City store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Mamas & Papas store Manager and Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

Skills & Attributes:

Experience

• A genuine passion for creating warm, memorable, and magical customer moments, especially for expectant parents and families.
• Ability to deliver exceptional product insight and product knowledge, guiding customers through key purchases such as prams, cots, and nursery essentials.
• Confidence in supporting in‑store services, including personal shopping, car‑seat consultations, and “parent‑to‑be” events.

Leadership & Team Support

Excellent communication skills — able to listen carefully and respond with clarity and warmth.

• Experience working as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant, acting as a role model for the team.
• Ability to support, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Consultants to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with the Store Manager and management team to achieve store results.
• A results‑focused approach, contributing to store KPIs and performance targets.
• Ability to lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales through exceptional service.
• Confidence in turning interactions into positive, lasting customer experiences that enhance brand loyalty.
