As a Retail Stylist Sales Associate for our jewellery pop-up shop, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect gifts for themselves or their loved ones. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Key responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, answer questions about our products, and provide personalised recommendations.
- Sales: Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces, explain the quality and craftsmanship behind each product, and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our jewellery collections to help educate and inspire customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the shop’s appearance by ensuring displays are tidy, organised, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Customer Service: Handle any customer queries, returns, or exchanges with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset.
- Sales Goals: Actively work towards achieving daily and weekly sales targets set by the management team.
Profile
Highly presentable, with a personal style aligned to a luxury aesthetic.
Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Team‑oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high store standards.
Proficient level in English
