Key responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, answer questions about our products, and provide personalised recommendations.
• Sales: Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces, explain the quality and craftsmanship behind each product, and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our jewellery collections to help educate and inspire customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the shop’s appearance by ensuring displays are tidy, organised, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Customer Service: Handle any customer queries, returns, or exchanges with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset.
• Sales Goals: Actively work towards achieving daily and weekly sales targets set by the management team.

Profile

Highly presentable, with a personal style aligned to a luxury aesthetic.

Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

Team‑oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high store standards.

Proficient level in English
