New Balance is looking for an energetic and team‑focused Retail Supervisor to support the management of our Wembley store. In this key role, you will help lead the team on the shop floor, drive exceptional customer service, ensure strong product presentation and contribute to achieving store targets. You will act as a role model for New Balance brand values, supporting daily operations while inspiring and motivating the team to deliver a premium shopping experience.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Open and close the store following the correct company procedures 
  • Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback 
  • Support the Store Management team on overall store and back-of-house standards 
  • Assist in training and coaching Associates 
  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance 
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store 
  • Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible, following company guidelines  
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures 
  • Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in the store  
  • Perform other duties as required by the management team 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Team Player 
  • Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment 
  • Demonstrate customer service skills 
  • A passion for retail and sales 
  • Desire to learn 
  • Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes 
  • Understanding of POS register systems  
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
