Calzedonia is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Assistant who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment. Positions are available across several of our West London stores, including Westfield London, Kensington High Street, King’s Road, and additional locations.

As a strong communicator who enjoys working with the public, the Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment.
About the Role:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- Establish relationships with customers
- Introduce add-ons, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers in fitting rooms, providing measuring and fitting services when requested
- Prioritise customer needs while performing any task within the store
- Operate cash registers with accuracy, ensuring a professional service and clear explanation of offers and discounts
- Report any transaction discrepancies to the Store Manager
- Adhere to cash handling rules and regulations
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed correctly according to company guidelines
- Stay vigilant about store security and report any suspicious behaviour to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in any area of the store as requested by the Store Manager, including stock room duties
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the business
