Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Operate the till, handle cash, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Assist with stock replenishment and deliveries.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
