Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be more than a customer service representative – you will be a storyteller, bringing our brand and products to life through engaging conversations and memorable experiences.
From welcoming customers to sharing our story and helping them discover their new favourite flavour, you’ll play a key part in expanding our community and business.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator with a warm, engaging personality
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality (preferred)
- Someone who loves connecting with people and delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work across our Westfield and Monmouth Street locations
