Karl Lagerfeld Westfield London store is looking for a Sales Assistant (Full-Time, 40 hours) to deliver exceptional customer service and embody Karl’s mantra: “Embrace the present and invent the future.” In this role, you will support customers in discovering our contemporary collections, drive sales, and maintain high visual and operational standards.

Support the team by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, sharing in‑depth product knowledge, and maintaining brand and store standards.

Customer Service
• Proactively engage, greet, and assist customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate sales excellence through upselling, cross‑selling, and relationship building to achieve individual and store targets.
• Offer styling advice and share product stories to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and requests professionally, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.
Brand Representation
• Represent the brand’s values, mission, and products consistently.
• Communicate brand stories and stay updated on collections and initiatives.
• Take ownership of personal development by participating in training and e‑learning modules.
• Support teammates by sharing product and styling knowledge.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
Sales
• Scan items, process payments, apply promotions, and issue receipts.
• Manage returns and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Support with the processing of Marketplace and Omnichannel orders, including picking, packing, and processing of orders and returns.
Stockroom Support
• Maintain product availability and organised stock areas, supporting efficient store operations.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth stock flow between the sales floor and stockroom.
Product Knowledge
• Stay informed about product collections, materials, features, and brand stories.
• Educate customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collect customer feedback to inform product offerings and improve service
Safety & Security
• Maintain safety standards in aisles and stockrooms.
• Follow and enforce loss prevention policies and minimise inventory shrinkage.
• Promote a respectful and safe environment for colleagues and customers.
Retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand
Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively
