What you’ll do

• Greet and engage customers, delivering a friendly and professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Timberland products and brand values.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain operational standards.
