JOE & THE JUICE is a healthy fast-casual concept founded in Copenhagen in 2002. Since then, we have grown to more than 450 locations across 20 countries and employ more than 4,500 people worldwide. From day one, our ambition has been to prove there is no trade-off between taste and health. 

We serve high-quality, freshly prepared juices, shakes, coffee, and sandwiches in relaxed, contemporary cafés that combine convenience with a distinct urban atmosphere. JOE & THE JUICE goes beyond products to the full experience around the bar, creating a consistent universe for guests and Juicers across all our locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with enthusiasm and attentiveness.
  • Ensure product quality by adhering to the product manual to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain hygiene standards by adhering to company cleanliness policies and guidelines.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Foster a positive work environment with a “Happy to be here” attitude.
  • Demonstrate dedication and a high work ethic to uphold Joe & The Juice’s standards.
  • Embrace a humble, honest approach to build trust and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Adhere to punctual attendance, dress code, and high personal hygiene standards.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Operational Requirements: Task-monitoring checklists completion rate
  • Guest Experience: Guest feedback ratings: Myli score, App ratings
  • Store Performance: Daily commercial targets, Waste registration, Employee meal type-ins, Delivery reporting
