In this role, you will:

• As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations.
• You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking for in a Successful Store Manager

• A genuine passion for fashion retail and alignment with our company values
• Previous experience in fashion retail is highly desirable
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Skilled in team management, motivation, and training
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to a dynamic setting
• Exceptionally organised with a strong customer-first mindset
• Deep understanding of the fashion retail industry and market trends
• A confident and hardworking leader – your team loves to work with you and for you, and demonstrates these behaviours even in your absence
• Right to work in the UK.
