What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and brand standards
• Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team during shifts
• Drive sales performance and help achieve store targets and KPIs
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and coaching
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
• Open and close the store when required, following company procedures

What you’ll bring:

• Previous retail experience in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident team leader with a supportive and positive approach
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
