What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging in‑store experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering enquiries.
• Process payments accurately and handle returns in line with company procedures.
• Support stock management, including unpacking deliveries, shelving products, and maintaining displays.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organisation.
• Contribute to sales performance by delivering excellent service and supporting sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident approach to sales and meeting targets
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or sales experience
