Youth Careers Collective works in close partnership with education, a diverse range of employers, local councils, charities and funders. We focus on supporting young people with identified barriers to entering employment, developing their employability skills, knowledge, experience and access, so they are better prepared for and able to transition into the workplace and rewarding careers. There are many ways you can make a positive contribution to the Collective, creating shared solutions that support young people with barriers to entering employment. We are always seeking more volunteers, from across sectors and industries, to help us deliver really impactful, real-world activities and programmes.

What you’ll do

We offer opportunities to support workshops and events, workplace visits and work experience placements. Simply select what you are able to help with, and the team will be in touch shortly afterwards.

It doesn’t matter if you have had a 50-year career or if you’re in your first job, you will bring huge value simply by sharing your experiences and career journey.
