Youth Careers Collective works in close partnership with education, a diverse range of employers, local councils, charities and funders. We focus on supporting young people with identified barriers to entering employment, developing their employability skills, knowledge, experience, and access, so they are better prepared to transition into the workplace and rewarding careers. There are many ways you can make a positive contribution to the Collective by creating shared solutions that support young people facing barriers to employment. We are always seeking more volunteers from across sectors and industries to help us deliver impactful, real-world activities and programmes.
